You can buy your ham in sliced format; in leg to enjoy slicing it at home with a knife, in Centro Deshuesado if you have a slicing machine, or in convenient sachets to keep in the fridge, perfectly preserved to enjoy your slices whenever you wish.
At Jamones Nevadensis, we make hams of different curing processes, with more or less intensity in the mouth, following artisan processes that safeguard the quality seals such as the Protected Geographical Indication (PGI) Jamón de Trevélez, or the guarantee mark, Jamón de la Alpujarra. You can also have our Granada Ham with more than 15 months of curing in Centro Deshuesado format, or in convenient slices.

As for studies that endorse these benefits, research such as that carried out by the University of Extremadura has demonstrated the positive effects of the monounsaturated fatty acids present in cured ham, especially in cardiovascular protection.
