Organoleptic characteristics: Pale yellow colour with greenish tones. Clean and bright. Powerful aroma of stone fruit on a background of white and exotic fruit (pineapple, grapefruit, pear, ...), with slightly smoky wood notes. Structured in the mouth, with good acidity, ample, fatty and consistent.
Elaboration: Fermented on its lees for 7 months in new French oak barrels.
