Our Recipe
Ham, Sea Salt AND TIME
Our natural cellars are located at an altitude of over 1,500 metres, where the white saffron flourishes.
Given the altitude of our cellars, our hams are made exclusively using sea salt. Once the product is ready for sale, we obtain a ham with less than 4% salt per 100g (there are hams on the market with 15% salt per 100g). We make hams without adding nitrates or nitrites, obtaining a product with personality, ideal for those who are looking for healthy food without sacrificing flavour.
