This ham is made from premium breeds, especially selected by our experts to make for a very special shoulderham. Without any artificial ingredients, just the smallest amount of natural seasalt.

Origen

Pork from animals bred under controlled circumstances, including breed and feed. Female pigs from the paternal breed Duroc.

Production

A slow and careful, traditional curing process in our natural ham drying-houses in one of the highest villages of Spain, in the Sierra Nevada, Granada province.

Optionally we can slice or debone your ham, which we will send to you vacuüm-packed. You can choose this option from the drop-down list before adding the ham to the shopping cart.

Deboned

We can debone any ham in 4 blocks. We also offer ham deboned in 1 piece, but this depends on the ham. Contact us for more information.

Sliced

We can slice all our hams by hand or using a machine. Take into account, however, that the order will take a few days longer to slice a ham by hand.
