Ham from Trevélez "Black Label" with a minimum of 18 months of natural curing in the cold mountains of Trevélez in the Alpujarra. Without any artificial additives, using seasalt at just the right quantity as the only ingredient.

Origen

Pork from animals bred under controlled circumstances, including breed and feed. Female pigs from the paternal breed Duroc.

Production

A slow and careful, traditional curing process in our natural ham drying-houses in one of the highest villages of Spain, in the Sierra Nevada, Granada province.

We can debone any ham in 4 blocks. We also offer ham deboned in 1 piece, but this depends on the ham. Contact us for more information.

Sliced

We can slice all our hams by hand or using a machine. Take into account, however, that the order will take a few days longer to slice a ham by hand.
