Our top-quality ham "Reserva de Familia" (previously "Maximum 2-years") with of our own famous brand "Nevadensis". A ham with more than 24-months, 100% natural curing time with the help of the clean, cold air of the Sierra Nevada natural park, in the Alpujarra of Granada. Ham from a female pig of the Duroc paternal breed. Without artificial additives, preservatives, or colourants. The only other ingredient, apart from pork, is just the right amount of seasalt.

A versatile ham recommended for everyday use, connoisseurs, and special occasions such as Christma.

Pork from animals bred under controlled circumstances, including breed and feed. Female pigs from the paternal breed Duroc.

Production

A slow and careful, traditional curing process in our natural ham drying-houses in one of the highest villages of Spain, in the Sierra Nevada, Granada province.

Deboned

We can debone any ham in 4 blocks. We also offer ham deboned in 1 piece, but this depends on the ham. Contact us for more information.

Sliced

We can slice all our hams by hand or using a machine. Take into account, however, that the order will take a few days longer to slice a ham by hand.
